• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Drive talent acquisition through job postings, headhunting, referrals, and social media sourcing.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers for timely feedback and closures.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure accurate documentation in the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal hiring standards.

• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures.
• Proficiency in Excel reporting, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
• Exposure to campus recruitment and volume hiring.
• Knowledge of employer branding and social recruiting techniques.
